I have just completed Jodi’s 6 week challenge and feel great. Jodi’s holistic approach to fitness, health and well-being allowed me to explore some of my thinking and behaviour patterns and, with Jodi’s encouragement, I was able to set and achieve goals to make positive and lasting change. Catering for all fitness levels, Jodi’s knowledgeable and professional approach to training sessions meant they were always vibrant and engaging. The other participants were very friendly and an inclusive and supportive environment was cultured among the group, including the ability to share and connect with people via a closed Facebook page.  It was great fun and I will be signing up for the next one.

As a child and young adult, weigh was not an issue! but as I got older and less active my eating habits remained the same ‘poor’. I have done many short term activities and been successful but did not maintain my success. I new I needed a motivator and a group of people with similar challenges and at different stages of their journey and most importantly like-minded people.
I came across Jumpt which had provided all of what I was looking for. So you ask, what does that mean? No Frills, people are experiencing the same or similar challenges.  I have made friends.
I love that Jody provides support in our cool downs, where we can reflect, share challenges and learn from each other.
The changes I noticed in me, were; – I am focused – I am getting better, rather than thinking  ‘I can’t do this’ – I think about what goes in my mouth and don’t see it as missing out! I am getting fit, healthier and living cleaner.
I am still on the journey and need support and encouragement, but I have people that do that now but I am also one of those people who support and encourage. That is a great feeling.

I’ve recently completed the 84 Day Challenge and found it to be totally rewarding.  Jodi has provided myself and fellow Challenge goers with ongoing support and encouragement which has been so valuable in reaching our goals.  I lost 7 kilos in the 12 weeks  and my overall fitness improved greatly.  My attitude has become much more positive in regards to exercise and healthy eating and I find I have so much more patience in dealing with my family in those more challenging times :-) Prior to the Challenge, I knew I needed to do something about my weight increase and lack of energy, and yet I kept plodding along doing not much about it.  One day my eldest daughter turned around very politely and advised me that “my waistline was expanding”.  That was the push I needed to sign up and start changing my ways, and I haven’t looked back since. I used to get out of bed like an old woman with major lower back aches and I’m now happy to say I bound out of bed with an energy I haven’t experienced for years.  I used to have the attitude that I’ve gained so much weight already what’s another biscuit or chocolate.  I now have the attitude everything in moderation and yes I can have that piece of cake and not feel guilty about it, however what form of exercise will I do to combat it.  Would highly recommend the Challenge to anyone.  You will have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Just a quick note to say thank you for the coaching sessions.

I have been surprised at what we are able to discuss, un-cover and resolve in such a short time.

It has been fantastic for my fitness, health and most of all my wellbeing.

Your coaching helped un-cover conflicts in my beliefs and values that I didn’t realise I had.

I have really enjoyed gaining a better understanding of myself in such a non-confronting way.

You make it all about me and never judge or put your own map on our discussions.

Everyone deserves to have this time for themselves to reflect and re-think, it feels fantastic!

It was 12 months ago when I first met Jodi at Jumpt. I was asked by a friend if I would like to do an 84 day challenge and it was at this point that I had no idea what I was in for. When I started the challenge I had terrible eating habits and I could not even do a sit up. So I started going to Jodie’s group sessions.  Jodi’s knowledge, motivation and guidance allowed me to feel comfortable at each session and work hard at my own pace. I was starting to feel and look better and I loved going to Jodi’s exercise classes.  Six weeks into the Challenge we had a weigh in and I had lost 9 kgs.  With Jodi’s help I continued to stay motivated and determined to work on my fitness levels and my weight Loss.  I continued to go to group sessions with amazing people who were fun and focused and Jodi always personalised our workouts and kept things varied.  At the end of the challenge I had lost 16.6 kilos I was feeling amazing and I could do sit ups.  Jodi I personally want to take the time to say thanks a million for your support, motivation and knowledge throughout the challenge and still today :)

I love going to Jodi’s classes they are outside and I can take my 4 year old with me. Before starting with Jodi I thought I would never lose weight, I thought I had a healthy diet and exercised enough. I couldn’t believe after doing the 84 day challenge I had lost nearly 10kg. I am so happy. I am much fitter than I have ever been, I can even run 10km (before I could not run a lap of a footy oval). I have found by going to Jodi’s classes each week it has helped motivate me. Everyone at the classes are working for the same goal and it is a very supportive atmosphere. Jodi always makes sure she helps everyone one on one and gives you the push you need.
